Some F1Authenticsorders such as Own the Chequered Flag cannot be cancelled after ordering. Most orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended once processing has started. This includes changes such as updating the delivery address or adding/removing items, so please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.

For limited edition or one-of-one items, listings may show the exact item you will receive. Where images are representative, the product page will clearly state this, so you know what to expect when purchasing.

Yes. Orders are shipped using a trusted courier service and are typically sent on a tracked delivery option. A signature may be required depending on the courier, destination, and the value of your order.

Yes. F1 Authentics ships internationally from the UK. Lead times are shown on the product page, and delivery timing will vary depending on the destination for your Formula One® memorabilia order.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, local import duties and taxes may apply. This is payable to DHL who will make contact with you directly. These charges are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility. 

Due to the nature of the products, some items such as Own the Chequered Flag cannot be returned or refunded.
